Parklane was founded in 1992 by Greg Downey, a mechanical engineer who saw an opportunity to bring clarity and engineering expertise to an industry often defined by complexity.

What began as a small engineering practice has grown into a leading environmental noise control company serving clients across North America.

Today, CEO Matt Downey continues that vision by expanding Parklane’s capabilities through integrated engineering, advanced modelling, mission-critical project expertise, and a relentless focus on performance. Under his leadership, Parklane continues to evolve while remaining grounded in the principles that defined the company from the beginning.
