VIBRAFLEX
Hand-made Vibraflex 150 reinforced rubber pipe is constructed of multi-ply, high tensile polyester tire cord or Kevlar for higher temperature conditions. Vibraflex features embedded helical spring steel wire to prevent kinking or crushing, while also delivering radial pressure reinforcement.

Duct Type Expansion Joints
Our flexible duct type expansion joints are used in duct systems to mitigate vibration transmission and shock, while also accommodating thermal movements with minimal stress to the surrounding duct work. In seismic zones, our expansion joints accommodate differential motion, as well.
Teflon Expansion Joints
Mercer Invincible Series 700 Teflon® lined expansion joints feature superior strength, anti-stick properties and exceptional chemical resistance, all while effectively isolating mechanical vibration. Reinforced with high temperature resistant fabric, the 700 series provides full pressure service at operating temperatures up to 400°F.
